Former Liverpool player Christian Poulsen has reportedly been told to 'stay away' from the Ajax training ground amid fears he might be infected with coronavirus.
The assistant coach, who made 21 appearances for the Reds, has been ordered to stay at home along with two other members of staff.
According to ESPN, the trio are said to have come into contact with ex-Danish international Thomas Kahlenberg at Poulsen's 40th birthday party last Sunday.
A number of reports now claim Kahlenberg has since tested positive for the virus.
In a statement delivered to the media, an Ajax spokesperson explained Poulsen, Ajax physiologist Alessandro Schoenmaker and an unnamed physiotherapist had all been placed in isolation.
They said: "They have no symptoms and if it stays that way they will return to work next week."

Players from Danish Super League clubs Brondby and Lyngby are also said to be in isolation after Kahlenberg attended their game last weekend.
On Thursday, the Premier League confirmed the traditional fair-play handshake will not take place before matches 'until further notice' due to coronavirus fears.
The virus can be spread from shaking hands and several clubs have already banned the gesture at their training ground.
"The Premier League fair-play handshake will not take place between players and match officials from this weekend until further notice based on medical advice," an official statement read.
"Coronavirus is spready via droplets from the nose and mouth and can be transmitted onto the hands and passed on via a handshake.
"Clubs and match officials will still perform the rest of the traditional walk-out protocol ahead of each fixture.
"On entering the field of play, the two teams will continue to line up, accompanied by the Premier League music, then players from the home team will walk past their opposition without shaking their hands."
