Former Liverpool midfielder receives fastest second booking you'll ever see

Former Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva has perhaps broken a football record for all the wrong resasons.

During Lazio's Coppa Italia quarter-final match at Napoli this evening, Lucas tripped Piotr Zielinski as the midfielder tried to break through on goal.

Referee Davide Massa quickly brought out his yellow card for the former Red who made his feelings at the decision clear.

But shockingly, the midfielder's reaction to the booking was enough for Massa to give him a second yellow card two seconds, resulting in Lucas being sent off.

Lucas threw his arms in the air after the first yellow card and although it is unclear to make out what he said to the referee, the official's decision to give him his marching orders seemed harsh.

Napoli's Elseid Hysaj was also shown a red card earlier in the evening after Lorenzo Insigne gave the hosts the lead.
