Former Leeds United defender urges caution with "incredible" Stuart Dallas

Former Leeds United defender Danny Mills has labelled Stuart Dallas' performances as "incredible" this season - but has questioned how long the 30-year can continue pushing himself to the limit.

Dallas starred against for Leeds in Sunday's 2-1 win over Norwich City, which was his 242nd appearance for the club.

The Northern Ireland international boasted the best passing accuracy from the game, completing 24 of his 26 passes to the end the game with a 92 per cent completion rate, according to sofascore.

Mills hailed the display of the former Coagh United and Crusaders winger, who continues to shine on the elite stage of the Premier League.

But the former Leeds and England full-back questioned "how much longer" Dallas can continue pushing himself to the limit.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, Mills said: “Realistically, how much longer can Stuart Dallas keep doing what he’s doing? It’s incredible, pushing to the absolute limit constantly.

“It’s tough and it’s hard work. He’s 30 now.

“It’s an ageing squad. When Bielsa took over they weren’t in their prime so to keep that going it’s tough.

“That’s why they’ve been successful and that’s how they’ve been successful.”
