Former LA Times staff sue Zell

This sounds like a doomed action. A group of former Los Angeles Times staff are seeking to force Sam Zell to hand back their paper by claiming in a lawsuit that his takeover of the Tribune company was a scam. They allege that Zell and former Tribune ceo Dennis FitzSimons devised a plan to take the company private to enrich themselves to the detriment of employees. Good luck, lads!
