Former Kilmarnock defender becomes the latest star to choose fifth tier East Kilbride move

Defender Steven Old has completed his move to Lowland League side East Kilbride.

The former Kilmarnock defender last played for Morecambe in England's League Two but is the latest recruit in Stevie Aitken's signing spree.

The New Zealand cap joins ex-Cumbernauld Colts full-back Richard Kirwan and former Motherwell and Clyde forward Darren Smith, marquee signings Chris Erskine and Paul Paton, with Kyle Wilkie and Lewis Kidd also on board.

Last night Matt McGinley, Paul Woods, Anton Brady, Craig Malcolm and Sean Winter also penned extensions to their EK deals.
