Former Kerry footballer labels Man Utd players 'pathetic' and 'embarrassing'

Former Kerry footballer Darran O'Sullivan has labelled Manchester United players 'pathetic' and 'embarrassing' after their latest Premier League defeat.

United suffered their sixth Premier League defeat of the season on Monday night when losing 1-0 at home to Wolves, a game in which they had just two shots on target.

Ralf Rangnick's charges' body language baffled the All-Ireland winner as he highlighted a picture of the players before the game.

"I’ve seen this picture shared a lot today and still can’t wrap my head around it. The body language/facial expressions are pathetic," O'Sullivan said on Twitter.

"Playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world and the look of self pity is embarrassing."

And a number of Red Devils fans are calling for Roy Keane to be brought into the Red Devils' coaching setup.

Speaking after the game, Luke Shaw highlighted problems within United's squad, claiming that the players weren't "all there together" during the match and questioned their intensity and motivation.

Many fans highlighted that Keane has been drawing attention to such problems for the past few years.

And a number of them want to see Keane brought in to help coach United going forward.

One said: "You know what United need? Roy Keane as a coach to put these brats back into place!"

Another commented: "Utd should employ Roy Keane as a coach. He wouldn’t put up with all the crap."
