Finance journalist turned City director Clare Dobie has resigned from the board of Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust.
She had been a non-executive director of the Standard Life Aberdeen company since December 2013. Dobie was a business journalist at the Times and City editor of the Independent before becoming head of marketing at Barclays Global Investors in 1993.
Dobie is also a non-executive director of Dundee-based Alliance Trust, Schroder UK Mid Cap and F&C Capital & Income Trust, and a director of Braxted Marketing Measures.
