Former I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! Campmate Roman Kemp has revealed the exact amount of food celebrities are given each day in camp.
The radio DJ took to social media to show fans of the show the real amount campmates are given as part of their basic rations.
Viewers will be used to stars complaining about how hungry they are, and it's no surprise why after Roman dished the secrets.

He said: "Lots of people always ask me about basic rations when you're in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! So this is it.
"Now, if no one wins any stars and you have nothing else in the day, this is all you will have
"So each day you get a little packet like this, and inside each of these packets is a portion of beans and a portion of rice. Now obviously, if there are six people in camp, there will be six portions of rice and six portions of beans, but this is basically your sole food for the rest of the day."
Pouring out the portions into a tin pan Roman said: "Now, it's not much at all because I will show you for the entire day based on how you want to divvy it up, whether that be breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is how much beans and then probably dried rice that much.
"That is your basic everyday portion."
People were quick to comment on the video as they expressed their disbelief at the sheer lack of food.
They said: "No bc why did I always think it was baked beans lmao".
Another said: "i'd eat it all in one go and then regret it later".
"I'd put up with that with a smile on my face for 400k for 3 weeks work," commented a third.
While a fourth said: "no wonder owen is starving all the time".
