Former Hibernian striker Marc McNulty has joined Dundee United on a season-long loan deal from English side Reading.
The 28-year-old had two separate loan spells at Easter Road - the second of which was cut short by the season-ending COVID-19 outbreak earlier this year.
However, he will now line up opposite his former club after signing on with Micky Mellon's side for the remainder of the campaign.
McNulty initially joined Hibs on loan in 2019, scoring eight times in 17 games before linking up with Jack Ross at Sunderland.
That form led to a Scotland call up, with the forward playing twice for the national side against Kazakhstan and San Marino.
The former Livingston striker, who also represented Sheffield United, Portsmouth, Bradford and Coventry, returned to Leith on another loan deal in January, scoring a further four goals before the season was abandoned amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Mellon told the Dundee United website: "Marc's an international player so he'll bring the qualities of a player who has played at the highest level.
"He's pacey, clever and fantastic in the 18-yard box. You only have to look at his goals-per-game - he scores everywhere he's been.
“We're looking forward to getting him in and working with him with the rest of the group and, hopefully, pushing him as well towards getting back into the Scotland squad on a regular basis.”
