Former Hearts and Sheffield United ace bolsters star-studded frontline at Ayrshire outfit

Ambitious Troon have bolstered an already star studded frontline by bringing back Christian Nade for a second spell.

The former Hearts and Sheffield United ace returns to Portland Park after an 18 month spell at Annan Athletic.

Troon manager Jimmy Kirkwood originally signed the former French U21 star in July 2018.

And he was rewarded with 14 goals in 29 appearances - the most prolific spell of Nade's career to date.

He will now team-up with former Hearts ace Ryan Stevenson in a new-look Troon attack that will include former Ayr starlet Ryan Nisbet and ex-Killie kid Dean Fulton.

A statement of Troon's website said: "With the exciting move to the new West of Scotland Football League set-up he (Nade) is returning to add some class to our frontline,
