Lee Dixon says Unai Emery has "completely changed" the training at Arsenal since succeeding Arsene Wenger last summer.
The former defender, who spent 14 years with the Gunners and played 616 times for the club, has been speaking about what has changed at his old side since the Spaniard took charge in north London.
Arsenal currently sit fourth in the Premier League table with eight games to go in Emery's debut season with the Gunners, who are also through to the quarter-finals of the Europa League.

But Dixon claims that the training sessions are where the biggest differences have occurred, having spoken to some of his old friends at the club.
"The training intensity and the accountability in training with what is expected of them has gone up," Dixon told Premier League Productions.
"I know that for a fact because I've still got a few people knocking around the training ground that I can ask how things are going.
"The little insider has kind of said training has completely changed in that respect."

Dixon spent six seasons working with Wenger at Arsenal following his arrival in north London, with the Gunners winning the Premier League title twice in that time.
They have not won the league since the 2003-04 season, and although they are some way off of doing that again at the moment, Dixon says he has been impressed by how Emery has done in his first season in English football.
"We've seen this season some of the results have been fantastic, some of the performances have been brilliant," he said.
"Tottenham at home they were sensational, they played well away from home as well, and the game against United recently.

"But then they will throw in a Rennes [performance] away from home and some of the results they had in that [unbeaten] run they went on at the start of the season, they should have been 3-0 down against West Ham at home and they won the game easily."
