A property formerly home to Gourmet Burger Kitchen in a prime Bristol location is up for sale for £1.1m.
The former restaurant along Park Street is located opposite a number of business including Moss Bros, Starbucks and Blackwells Books, inside a Grade II listed building.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen has 80 branches in the UK including two in Bristol after its Park Street branch closed, leaving the others in Cribbs Causeway and Cabot Circus.

The property once home to the closed branch is now up for sale, and is also available for leasehold depending on the buyer's preference, with commercial property agent Suttons overseeing the transaction.
The agent's marketing material states: "The property, located within a conservation area, is situated in a prominent corner position at the junction of Park Street and Park Street Avenue in this popular area of Central Bristol near the university.
"The property, which is Listed Grade II, is arranged on basement and ground floors only to provide a refurbished restaurant with ancillary accommodation in the basement.
"Park Street is a retail thoroughfare popular with fashion retailers and restaurants. Occupiers close by include a number of buildings forming part of the University and Moss Bros, Starbucks, Jigsaw, Fat Face, Blackwells Books, Christopher Wray Lighting and many bars and restaurants."
Photos in the brochure show the restaurant still in its furnished state, but empty of customers.
The branch closed at the end of 2018 after the burger chain announced it was restructuring.
