A former Emmerdale star has had an incredible body transformation as he prepares to return to the ITV soap.
Reece Dinsdale, 61, played Paul Ashdale in Emmerdale until he met a grizzly end earlier this year. Bad boy Paul was hated by many viewers because he spent months abusing his son Vinny.

After his character was killed off star Reece revealed his plans to return to Emmerdale directing episodes - a position he had before taking a part on screen.
Since being off our screens Reece has attempted to lose a few pounds and has revealed his weight loss on Twitter. He’s citing giving up crisps as one of the ways he’s become healthier.
After being killed off from Emmerdale, Reece said: "I was actually directing on Emmerdale when I was asked, right out of the blue, if I would like to play Paul.
“I’m delighted to announce, therefore, that I shall begin directing once again on the show in a couple of weeks time. I’m the cat that got the cream."
You might recall Reece previously played Joe McIntyre in Coronation Street. The star is one of many who has appeared in the two soaps.
