A former Emmerdale and EastEnders star has joined Coronation Street.
As we know, soapland is a small place with acting stars cropping up in various different shows down the years. The latest move has seen Mark Cameron join Corrie.
Cobbles character Curtis will welcome his dad Neville to the soap. Neville is played by Mark Cameron - as reported by our colleagues at the Liverpool Echo.

Mark portrayed Detective Sean Rossi in Emmerdale between 1996 and 2000 and was involved in a number of storylines.
Elsewhere, the acting star played Dr Hugh Thompson in BBC soap EastEnders between 2014 and 2016.
He’s actually also appeared in Coronation Street before. Corrie fans might recognise Mark as DI Parks and Stuart Pollock amongst others.
Mark has also appeared in Doctors and played Leeds United icon Norman Hunter in The Damned United.
