A former Emmerdale star is set to appear on the big screen in a major new film alongside Liam Neeson, Monica Bellucci and Guy Pearce.
Natalie Anderson, 39, who played Alicia Metcalfe in Emmerdale between 2010 and 2015, has earned a role in Memory. As well as big name acting stars, the movie is directed by Martin Campbell who helmed Daniel Craig Bond hit Casino Royale.
The story of Memory follows an assassin who finds he's become a target after he refuses to complete a job for a dangerous criminal organization.
"In my early 20s, the big screen was my goal. I hadn't put it to bed completely, although I never really thought film would be the next step for me at this stage in my life," Natalie said, speaking to Hello.

"When I saw who was involved, I thought: 'Crikey, this is a big film,' so of course I said yes. I felt so lucky to be working in what has been such a tough time and to be with that calibre of people was just amazing – 2021 is turning out so much better than I could ever have imagined."
Earlier in her career, Natalie, starred in nostalgic medical drama The Roya l for three years.
