Formerly a part of the Boda Bars group, proposals had been approved by the council earlier this year for the site to be developed into three separate flats, despite some objection from local residents.
However, this week an advertisement appeared on popular property website Rightmove for a two-bedroom flat, with images showing how the unit has been transformed.

Opting for a slightly similar decor to Sofi's, the bare stone walls are still being used, with the property entered by a main door that has been created onto the street.

Currently being marketed for £1,395 a month, the flat has been furnished with a sleek white, black and grey finish, with double doors leading out onto the back of the building.
The two bedrooms have been created with ample space, as well as an open plan kitchen and living room with a breakfast bar.
Developers have also added a large bathroom space, with enough room for a bath tub/shower.
