Former Eagles TE Richard Rodgers signs with the Redskins

Richard Rodgers is moving on from the Philadelphia Eagles, but he’ll remain in the NFC East after signing a deal with the Washington Redskins.

Former #Eagles and #Packers TE Richard Rodgers signed with the #Redskins today, source said.

Rodgers was selected in the third round (98th overall) by the Green Bay Packers in the 2014 NFL Draft.

During his time with the Eagles, Rodgers had one catch for seven total yards during his tenure in Philadelphia.
