Former Eagles’ RB LeSean McCoy reunites with Andy Reid after signing 1-year deal with Chiefs

LeSean McCoy’s stint in free agency last a few hours, after the Eagles’ all-time leading rusher inked a deal with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Former Bills’ RB LeSean McCoy is reuniting with Chiefs HC Andy Reid, per source. McCoy getting a one-year, $4 million deal that includes $3 million guaranteed from the Chiefs.

McCoy will reunite with Chiefs coach Andy Reid, who drafted the running back out of Pitt while he was still the coach of the Eagles.

McCoy will join Damien Williams, Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill and already loaded Chiefs also.

The move to Kansas City was the best fit for McCoy career wise and it’s unknown if the Eagles showed any true interest.
