Former Eagles DT Albert Huggins claimed off waivers by the Patriots

Albert Huggins struggled to make a dent in the Eagles defensive line rotation and after being released by Philadelphia, he’s been claimed by New England.

In addition, the team claimed DT Albert Huggins off of waivers from the Eagles.

Huggins played 44 snaps while being active for the Eagles, registering 5 tackles and a quarterback hit. He was waived to make room on the roster for Josh Perkins.

An undrafted rookie, Huggins signed with Philadelphia ahead of their Week 8 game against the Buffalo Bills.
