Former Dolphins linebacker Garvin continues to carve up AAF

Linebacker Terence Garvin is making a strong statement during his second chance stint in the Alliance of American Football (AAF). The former Steeler, Redskin, Seahawk, Dolphin and 49er is going to have teams lining up to call at the pace he’s on this winter.

Garvin, now with the Orlando Apollos, is making splash play after splash play and it is hard to not envision the 28-year old West Virginia product back on an NFL team again next fall.

Terence’s tenure with the Dolphins was short lived, as he never laced up the teal and orange for a regular season game. He was on the roster from April 11th to September 1st last off-season.

Could the Dolphins come calling? Why not? With three interceptions in three games, Garvin is making plays at a consistent rate. And his latest, making it all the more sweet, was a pick-pocket of former New York Jet quarterback Christian Hackenberg.

The Alliance is going to become a bit of a bottom half of the roster pipeline for NFL teams. The Dolphins would be wise to take advantage of it, especially with players they’re familiar with.
