But Coronation Street actress Kimberly Hart-Simpson looked a world away from that role as she partied on Friday night.
Kimberly has undergone a transformation from blonde to brunette since her stint on Corrie as feisty Nicky.

She showcased her chocolate tresses with a crisp white belted shirt dress and matching mule heels for celebrity stylist Ryan Kay's white theme 30th party at The Point Astley.
The star's followers on Instagram are aware that Kimberly likes to play around with her look.
She recently donned a blonde bob wig with dark streaks, saying: "Getting Wig-gy with it."
And in another snap she channelled nineties style as she added blue streaks to the blonde as she wrote: "Let’s agree to bring hair mascara back. #90s"
Also among the celeb guests at the bash were The Real Housewives of Cheshire BFFs Lystra Adams and Tanya Bardsley, Charlotte Dawson and her fiance Matt Sarsfield and Hollyoaks favourite Jessamy Stoddart who plays Liberty Savage in the Channel Four soap.
The venue was decked out with white balloons and flowers by Shelly's Inspired Events with a two-tier 'Ryan is 30' cake by Secret Ingredient.

She previously played ruthless landlady Beverley in Hollyoaks and appeared in the Sky One comedy Mount Pleasant.
Nicky came into widower Daniel's life when Adam Barlow decided it was time for him to get out and about following the death of Sinead from cervical cancer in October 2019.
The pair hit it off at a drinks reception but Daniel was shocked to realise she was charging for his time when he asked to see her again.
But he decided to meet up with her in a hotel and paid her £220 as he opened up to her about missing his late wife.
He paid her to wear his wife's clothes and it soon became clear that Daniel had feelings for her, urging her to quit her life as a sex worker.
When Nicky ended up in hospital following a nasty attack, Daniel stole money from vile Geoff Metcalfe and gave it to the single mum so she could start a new life.
She left the soap in September but the door was left open for her to return.
In May Kimberly, 34, confirmed that she's split from the boyfriend she met on the show Celebs Go Dating.
She confirmed her breakup from Shane Finlayson, who she'd been dating for six months, in a post shared on her Instagram Stories.
