Katie McGlynn has shared her grueling fitness regime - and we're tired just watching it.
The former Coronation Street star regularly shares selfies from the gym with her Instagram followers.
But she has now shared a video to her social media account showing her being put through her paces by trainer Brad Lawrence.
The short video hears Brad explaining what a typical gym session looks like before Katie gets stuck into some hardcore weight training.

It ends with Katie collapsing to the floor with Brad giving her a hand up after smashing the session.
"Shout out to @bradlawrencee aka Bradders," the 28-year-old shared alongside the video.
"Here’s a little glimpse of what he puts me through! Brad was highly recommended to me from a close friend earlier in the year….
"I really wanted to get my fitness levels back up after lockdown and of course the exciting news of strictly was my motivation to pull my socks up and get back training.
"He really does have the patience of a saint but trains you like the devil. Some would call it a love/hate relationship.
"But he’s genuinely one of the best trainers I’ve had…I feel healthier, fitter & stronger whilst still having a social/hectic work schedule life!"
Katie added: "So massive thanks to the main man himself @bradlawrencee for putting up with me and getting my confidence back in the gym."
And fans were in awe of her fitness prowess.
"Looking great Katie. Well done Brad. Keep going," one commented.
Another said: "Wow, unstoppable."
"Katie you're unstoppable, You've got this," a third echoed.
But Katie was quick to respond to former Corrie co-star and pal Dan Brocklebank who commented: "Hello Brad," with a love heart eyes emoji.
She joked back: "@danielbrocklebank I knew the Vicar would have something to say hahaha."
Katie is currently appearing in Hollyoaks but will soon be swapping Chester for the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom.
The actress is one of 15 celebrities taking part in the popular BBC series when it returns this autumn.
Her place on the show was confirmed last week on BBC Breakfast and the Rochdale star said she was "super chuffed" to be joining the new series.
