A former Coronation Street actress is using exercise to get through the lockdown - and she's gifting her booty workout to NHS staff during this most testing of times.
Arianna Ajtar and her personal trainer brother Maz have teamed up to create Ari's Brazilian Butt Guide, which they've already gifted to many workers working during the coronavirus pandemic to help keep energy and spirits up while battling COVID-19 on the frontline.
The plan includes home workouts, meal plans, exercises for the mind, advice on 'growing an ass' and a private aftercare Facebook group where followers can share their journeys as well as recipes.
Arianna, 24, from Worsley, says she's created a regime that will give followers 'a booty to rival the Kardashian’s.'
Arianna, who has 373k followers on her Instagram, said: “I know the plan will help people get through isolation because there’s absolutely no time better than the present to focus on yourself and your own mental and physical growth.
"Right now more than ever we have been given this time from the universe to take a step back and be isolated."
Arianna recently shared one of her 'booty workouts' on her Instagram including hip thrusts, donkey kicks and crab walks.
The actress, model and CEO of the fashion brand Mars The Label, starred alongside Helen Flanagan on Coronation Street as Olivia Radfield in 2018.
She played a model who came to Weatherfield to do a fashion shoot for the Underworld factory, where she met Helen's character Rosie Webster.
It turned out that she was being used as a drug mule by Rosie Webster's ex Antoine, like he did to Rosie.
Rosie clocked that the other model on the shoot was hanging around Antoine and warned her what he did to her.
The drugs were switched for icing sugar and given to the drug dealers instead to mess up Antoine’s arrangements.
Olivia later turned out to be the daughter of conman Duncan Radfield, who put Sally Metcalfe behind bars after framing her for money laundering, fraud and bribery.
