Former Corrie star Faye Brookes all smiles as she steps out with new boyfriend following Gareth Gates split

Faye Brookes couldn't keep the smile off her face as she enjoyed a night out in Manchester with her new boyfriend.

The former Coronation Street star looked loved-up with beau Joe Davis having only recently gone public with their romance.

Faye, 32, pulled out the stops in the outfit stakes as she rocked an ivory white minidress and accompanying suit jacket as Joe kept things cool  in a double denim ensemble of white jeans and a washed-out denim shirt, finished off with a black biker jacket.

The actress and personal trainer Joe giggled as they made there way to the glitzy party at History nightclub in the city centre for  the launch of Manchester-based beauty brand Rose and Caramel's first tan-removing shower gel and bubble bath.

Faye split with pop star Gareth Gates in August, calling off their engagement, after seven years together.

A source told the MEN at the time that they were "both extremely sad about their relationship ending" but that it was "not meant to be."

And Faye looked the picture of happiness on Saturday night as she joined Celebs Go Dating star Charlotte Dawson, Hollyoaks actresses Nikki Sanderson, Jorgie Porter and Jazz Franks plus former page-three model Rhian Sugden and reality TV stars Joshua Ritchie, Jemma Lucy and Holly Hagan at the exclusive VIP event.

It's the second time Faye and Joe have flaunted their romance this week.

The couple attended the Nordoff Robbins Big Quiz at the Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester on Friday afternoon.

The event, the first to be held in the North after running for several years in the capital, to raise funds for music therapy services specifically in the North West.
