Former Cork City star Kieran Sadlier to leave Doncaster Rovers

Kieran Sadlier is to leave Doncaster Rovers after failing to agree a new deal with the club.

Sadlier, 25, joined Doncaster from Cork City on an 18 month contract in January 2018 after winning the league and Cup double with the Leesiders a few months earlier.

"The club was unable to reach an agreement with winger Kieran Sadlier and he will leave the club at the end of his contract," read a statement by Rovers today.

Sadlier has been linked with a move to Hull City.

His imminent departure will come as a blow to Darren Moore, with the winger's 12 goals making him the club's top scorer this season prior to League One's March shutdown.

Doncaster finished in ninth spot in the league.
