Former Bulldog linebacker signs with Jacksonville Jaguars

Athens, Georgia has long been a pipeline to the NFL for Bulldog football players which is truer today than ever.

Georgia had 7 players drafted this year and 6 last year in addition to having 3 first-round picks over this span as well as multiple Pro-Bowlers.

Now, another Bulldog has signed with a new team for the upcoming season.

Linebacker Ramik Wilson, the former Chiefs and Rams defender, agreed to terms with the Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday.

Wilson, 26, was a fourth-round pick of Kansas City in the 2015 NFL Draft and has since recorded 146 total tackles.
