Former Browns LT Joe Thomas calls Brandon Graham ‘underrated’ in congratulatory Tweet

On Friday, the Eagles agreed to a three-year, $40 million contract with defensive end Brandon Graham, locking up one of the team’s leaders to a new and well-deserved deal. After the news became official, former Cleveland Browns star left tackle, Joe Thomas, paid Graham the ultimate compliment on social media.

Thomas had previously called Graham underrated after the Eagles star pasher gave the future Hall of Fame left tackle everything he could handle during their matchup.

Graham, 30, has spent his entire nine-year career in Philadelphia, and although the numbers don’t suggest in sack totals, Graham is one of the NFL’s fiercest pass rushers and pressure providers while playing stout against the run.

It’s the ultimate compliment for Graham, considering Thomas was one of the best left tackles to play the game. Thomas, the No. 3 pick in the 2007 draft, was a 10-time Pro Bowler.
