Former Bengals QB Andy Dalton in Cowboys blue looks strange

If there’s one thing to say about Andy Dalton during his time with the Cincinnati Bengals, it’s that it just looked and felt right.

Dalton in the white and blue of the Dallas Cowboys…not so much.

Dalton’s fiery hair choices went well with the orange and black, a fit that just made sense when the Bengals made him a second-round pick. He went on to throw for 31,000-plus yards with 204 touchdowns with a 70-61-2 record.

The Dalton era ended this offseason when the Bengals predictably cut ties with his massive contract after drafting Joe Burrow at No. 1.

Dalton immediately turned around and signed with his local Dallas Cowboys amid the coronavirus pandemic to serve as Dak Prescott’s backup.
