Irvine Meadow have announced two new signings as the countdown begins to the start of the new West of Scotland League season.
Former Ayr United starlet Brian Connor makes the move to Meadow Park after a spell at derby rivals Irvine Vics.
The young striker bagged five goals in eight appearances for the Westenders last year while online from Ayr, before the season was cut short by coronavirus.
In March, he pledged his immediate future to Vics following his release from the Honest Men.
But Brian McLuckie's decision to quit as Vics manager last month, paved the way for Connor's exit.
Meadow co-bosses Colin Spence and James Latta have also moved quickly to secure the signature of forward Sam McCloy after the former Dalry ace impressed in pre-season.
In a further boost, utility man Fraser McMillan has put pen to paper on a deal, after also impressing in recent friendlies.
Spence said: "Over the last couple of weeks Fraser has given us food for thought.
"We have tried him in a midfield role and he has been excellent. He's a young player, very athletic with great attributes."
