A former 20th Century Fox boss has been appointed chair of a digital marketing agency in Bristol.
Robert Price, who was previously managing director and senior vice president of the studio's Home Entertainment division in the UK, has joined the board of Fourth Floor Creative.
Robert spent nearly a decade at 20th Century Fox until its takeover by Disney. He has also worked at media group Future Publishing and held senior marketing positions at media, gaming and entertainment companies.
He said: “Influencer marketing is an incredibly exciting, fast-developing sector and Rich [Keith, chief executive] and the team have done a fantastic job and building their business quickly.
"This is a great company to get involved with - bringing skills and experience to help take it to the next level while learning from some incredibly talented people.”
Fourth Floor is based in Bristol but has representatives in Bordeaux, France; Toronto, Canada; and Brighton. It is planning to open a French subsidiary this month.
Rich Keith, chief executive of Fourth Floor Creative, added: “We’ve had an incredible two years, and there are significant opportunities ahead for us in 2020.
"Once I knew Robert was interested in what we were doing, it was a perfect opportunity to get him involved.
"With so much experience at the highest levels and a vast contacts book, we’re looking forward to having him help guide our next phase of growth.”
Fourth Floor has worked with companies including Nintendo, Channel 4 and Deep Silver games, according to its website. In 2019 the content it made for brands reached more than 70 million consumers.
