Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa in Liverpool is serving Afternoon Tea with a festive twist over the Christmas period.
Presented in a three-tiered bird cage stand, guests at Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa begin their Festive Afternoon Tea with traditional finger sandwiches.
These include roast beef with horseradish cream, Lancashire cheddar and chutney, roasted turkey and cranberry sauce, and smoked salmon with chive crème fraiche.

Next up is homemade scones served with a cinnamon glaze, cinnamon and nutmeg clotted cream, a selection of Tiptree jams and a choice of teas and coffees.
The finale is a collection of delicate festive pastries. This includes a Strawberry Pebble (strawberry mousse and a buttery shortbread biscuit layered with strawberry gel), Victoria Sponge, Spiced Carrot Cake, Mince Pie, Macaroon and Chocolate Truffles.
Festive Afternoon Tea is served daily between 12.30pm and 4.00pm until Thursday December 23.
