Talking points really should have a point, and answering Chris' question of what did Neville Chamberlain do in terms of appeasing the Nazis by saying Chamberlain was an appeaser probably won't get you full points on the history test. Also, Kevin, just as speaking louder to someone who doesn't speak English won't really help to get your point across, shouting your talking points even louder won't increase the validity of them.
