Forget Boris Johnson, here's which Bristol City player Robins fans would elect as Prime Minister

It was a big night for politics in the UK last night, with the Conservatives claiming a huge majority in the General Election.

However away from that, we've been asking the questions that really matter to Bristol City fans.

Of course, Robins fans across the City have been dying to get stuck in to a debate about which past or present City fan would make the best Prime Minster of the UK.

Club legend and current kitman Scott Murray was a popular choice among fans (we would love to see how that would work out) but unlike the actual General Election opinion was split.

Take a look below at who City fans think should be in Number 10.

Mark Brinkman: Norman Hunter - proper old school.

Jody Maguire: A decent left winger like Dave Smudger Smith.

Dan Hending: Scott Murray

Kate Masters: Scott Murray

Adrian Shallis: Scotty. To which Liesl Oliver replied: Ha ha imagine! Life would be a mass party.

Stephen Hall: Scott Murray.

Phillippa: Has to be Scotty Murray. I'd love to see what silly laws he'd try to bring in.

George Booth: Han-Noah Massengo because he drinks the vodka, loves the cider and his hair is f****ng massive!

Vickey Chard: Adriano Basso, at least we would be in good hands.

Alan James: Kasey Palmer because he would be good at it.

Tony Tucker: Alan Walsh, a good left winger.

Matthew Smith: Would have to be LJ with that attention to detail wouldn't it. He's already done the PR, hugging the kids down the touchline and all that.

Craig Feltham: I’d elect Brian Tinnion, as his left foot would solve any problems.

Andy Da Burts: Rob Newman Mr Dependable.

Old Arthur Webley: Baz Savage, who else!

Dan Clifford: Frankie Fielding.

Nigel Strawbridge: Greg Goodridge

Nick Chard: Kevin Mabbutt

Dane Higgs: I’d vote Callum O’Dowda as he likes to help people out.

Steve Wood: Gerry Gow because he would have been good on the campaign trail as he's here, he's there, he's every-f****ng-where.
