'Forever grateful to have had a father like him': Family's moving tribute to motorcyclist killed in A34 horror smash

The family of a dad-of-four killed in a motorbike crash have told how he will 'truly missed'.

Sabah Sadiq Tayfour died when his bike hit the central reservation on the Pendleton Way section of the A34 in Wilmslow.

The 62-year-old, of Wilmslow, suffered serious injuries and later died in Manchester Royal Infirmary.

His family, who are being supported by specialist officers, have paid tribute to him.

In a statement they said: "Our father, Sabah Sadiq Tayfour, was a great man with a golden heart.

"He was considerate and cared about everyone and we are sure that everyone remembers him that way.

"He was well known in the local community and he will be truly missed by everyone.

"We are forever grateful to have had a father like him.

"We love you very much. You will forever be in our hearts."

The crash took place at 7.30pm on Friday, August 23.

Pendleton Way between the Merlin pub roundabout in Alderley Edge and Wilmslow High School,was closed into the early hours while investigation work was carried out.
