'Forest fans on strings' - Hull City fans react to surprise away win over Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest lost their second consecutive game on Tuesday night, falling to a 2-1 home defeat to Hull City.

Goals from Josh Magennis and Jarrod Bowen saw the Tigers take a commanding lead and despite Matty Cash's second-half goal and Magennis sending off with 22 minutes still on the clock, Sabri Lamouchi's men failed to find an equaliser.

The defeat now makes it back-to-back losses for the first time this season for Forest, slipping from the top two down to eighth.

Meanwhile, Grant McCann's Hull have moved up to 15th after providing Lamouchi's men with their latest reality check.

McCann hasn't had it easy since taking over the Tigers in the summer, but last night's win takes his side's win tally up to four, and they are now just two points off mid-table.

Needless to say, Tigers fans are feeling pretty happy about Wednesday night's result.

Here's how they reacted on Twitter.
