Forensics officers and cops are searching a house in Falkirk this afternoon.
A number of crews in white suits can be seen inside the property on James Street in the Laurieston area of the town.
It's reported that officers team first arrived at the scene late last night, Sunday August, 22.
A large hole has also been dug in the garden of the house. It is not known if it is linked to the probe.
One neighbour who didn't want to be named said: "Police arrived at the house late last night, but I didn't take any notice of it until I woke up this morning and saw that they are still there.
"Then guys in white suits arrived and that's when I started to think it was serious.
"But one policeman said that we have nothing to worry about."
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
