Forensic officers are combing through Scots farm land amid reports of a "disturbed piece of land".
Police are at the scene in the Duntocher Road area of Bearsden after the alarm was raised on Saturday, August 14.
Cops remain on the scene and they say their enquiries are ongoing to establish any criminality.
Pictures taken from the scene on Tuesday morning show the area taped off with officers standing guard.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers are conducting enquiries into a disturbed piece of farm land in the Duntocher Road area of Bearsden which was reported to police on Saturday 14, August, 2021.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish any criminality.”
