Forensic officers have been spotted combing a Glasgow street as part of an "ongoing police investigation".
Cops raced to Chirnside Road in Hillington early on Friday morning and were spotted on the scene throughout the day.
Uniformed police were first to arrive on the street before officers in white overalls turned up later in the day.
The nature of the incident is not yet known but one local said: "Police turned up at 7am on Friday morning.
"The forensic team were there all day but no one apart from the people in the house know what’s happened."
Cops said they could not provide any more detail on the incident at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "This is in relation to an ongoing police investigation.
"Unfortunately there is no further information to provide on this."
