Holidaymakers who are heading to Spain next month will need to ensure that they’ve had their final vaccination dose within 270 days prior to travel.
The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has updated its advice for Brits heading to the country after Spain changed it’s entry requirements ahead of February half-term.
From February 1 travellers can only enter the country if their final dose was administered within 270 days before travel - either the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine or one dose of a single-dose vaccine.
If you were fully-jabbed more than 270 days before your holiday, then you will need to show proof of having received the booster jab.

Travellers must have received the final dose at least 14 days before arrival in Spain.
Children under 12 do not need to show proof of being fully-vaccinated in order to enter the country.
Earlier this week the transport secretary announced that testing requirements for vaccinated passengers arriving in the UK will be scrapped by February 11, news which was welcomed by the travel industry.
Fully-vaccinated Brits will no longer have to take a pre-departure coronavirus test, nor a test on day 2 after their return to the UK.
