The penthouse homes, designed by Design by Poss Architecture + Planning (interiors by Timbers Resorts Design & Interiors team in collaboration with J Banks Design Group; landscape design by Girvin Associates) have panoramic ocean views, expansive decks, a family room with entertainment options, and a chef’s kitchen with built-in wine cooler and Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances.
Penthouse pricing for the 3, 773 square-foot, four-bed, four-bath homes starts at 1,285,000 for 1/6 deed fractional interest. The 1/9th offering for the 18 three-bedroom residences (approximately 2,200 sq. ft.), starts at $475,000.
