Anna Camp and Jade Whipkey have officially made their first red carpet appearance as a couple at the premiere of Bride Hard in Los Angeles. The event took place on Wednesday, June 18, at the DGA Theater, marking a significant milestone in their public relationship.
The Pitch Perfect actress, 42, chose an aqua-patterned gown for the occasion, wearing her hair slicked back and pairing the outfit with dangling earrings. Her girlfriend, Whipkey, who works as an on-set stylist, wore a gray suit with a white shirt and a bolo tie accessory.
According to People, in a photo slideshow from the evening, Camp expressed her gratitude on social media, thanking her co-star Rebel Wilson and acknowledging her girlfriend. “Thank you @rebelwilson for being my bride or die and to my girlfriend @jadewhipkey for being my date and for making me glow,” Camp wrote in her caption.
Romance rumors began in May 2023 before the couple went public
The couple’s relationship first caught public attention in May when they began appearing on each other’s Instagram Stories. Whipkey shared a romantic post about Camp, writing poetic words about her smile, eyes, and laugh. Camp also posted about their “DATE NIGHT,” showing Whipkey enjoying wine.

Camp recently opened up about her dating preferences in a February TikTok video on Mr. Big’s USA account. When asked about her expectations from men on first dates, she revealed, “Well, I don’t expect anything, not anymore, because I like women, and it’s great.” This statement came while recounting a bad dating experience with a male date who had arrived 45 minutes late and made unfavorable comments about her appearance.
Before her relationship with Whipkey, Camp had been married twice. Her first marriage was to actor Michael Mosley from 2010 to 2013, followed by her marriage to Pitch Perfect co-star Skylar Astin from 2016 to 2019.
The premiere celebrated Camp’s new action-comedy movie ‘Bride Hard’ which features a strong cast including Rebel Wilson, Anna Chlumsky, Justin Hartley, and Oscar winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph. Wilson spoke highly of working with Camp, describing her as “the funnest person” both on and off set. Camp reciprocated the sentiment, praising Wilson’s collaborative nature and inclusive approach to work. The movie is set to release in theaters on Friday, June 20.
