The Vikings will have the same captains for the second-straight season.
Per Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press, the captains will be quarterback Kirk Cousins, tight end Kyle Rudolph, tackle Riley Reiff, linebacker Anthony Barr, defensive end Everson Griffen and defensive tackle Linval Joseph.
No real surprises here.
The only name that kind of pops out is Griffen, who had a rocky 2018 season on and off the field. But it seems as if things in his life are back in order, and obviously he’s loved within the Vikings organization.
