Football Weekly: Wigan win FA Cup but stand on brink of relegation

After a staggering weekend of football, a staggeringly packed edition of Football Weekly, featuring charming host James Richardson and his equally charming podders Jacob Steinberg, Barry Glendenning and Amy Lawrence.

We start at Wembley, where Wigan caused an almighty shock in beating Manchester City to win the FA Cup. It could prove to be Roberto Mancini's last game in charge at City with the Italian tipped to be replaced by Manuel Pellegrini – who comes highly endorsed by our man Sid Lowe, even though, as other writers are pointing out, he's a bit foreign – but can it provide the Latics with the impetus they need to stay in the Premier League? Only two more wins will keep them up.

Next, we go all continental, previewing the Europa League final between Chelsea and Benfica, and wondering what got into the heads of Milan's Sulley Muntari and PSV's shy and quite literally retiring Mark van Bommel.
