Football Weekly: Sunderland go for broke and bring in Paolo Di Canio

Joining AC Jimbo on your special Easter-Monday-Bank-Holiday-April-Fools-Day-Seventh-Day-of-Passover edition of Football Weekly are Gregg Bakowski, Jacob Steinberg and Sunderland's most famous fan, Barry Glendenning – which is lucky, because the Black Cats have only gone and hit the nuclear button and ditched Martin O'Neill and hired Paolo Di Canio. We discuss the fiery Italian's politics and managerial potential.

As well as rounding up the rest of the action from the top and bottom of the Premier League, we've got a bumper middle section where we hear from Sid Lowe and Rafa Honigstein about the Champions League quarter finals.

Finally, we look at the ties in the Europa League, and because there are three English teams still remaining in the competition, it's officially the top cup contest in the world. Honestly.

We're back on Thursday with Michael Cox and others, and there's a special something to look forward to on Friday too. Woof!
