Football legend Diego Maradona dies aged 60

Diego Maradona has passed away aged 60 after suffering a cardiorespiratory arrest on Wednesday.

Maradona underwent surgery earlier this month to remove a blood clot from his brain.

The Argentinian - who turned 60 last month - made 91 appearances for his country and is considered by many as the great footballer of all time.

He had spells at Barcelona, Napoli and Sevilla after leaving his home country and won the World Cup in 1986.
