The Women’s World Cup is already taking place in Canada, but it is about to get even busier for 24 of the American countries as they prepare for their respective international tournaments. The 44th edition of Copa América kicked off on Thursday evening, with host nation Chile beating on Ecuador 2-0 in Santiago, while the CONCACAF Gold Cup will take place for the 13th time in USA and Canada this July. Mexico and Jamaica have a particularly busy schedule as the two nations are competing in both events.
