Football fans react to Man City loanee Aro Muric's Nottingham Forest 'clangers'

Sometimes you have to learn the hard way and Manchester City loanee Aro Muric suffered that fate on his competitive debut at Nottingham Forest.

Muric joined City's youth academy from Grasshoppers in 2015 but is yet to make an impact on the first team from a Premier League appearance standpoint.

The 20-year-old was loaned out to NAC Breda last year but has now been offered a fresh start thanks to a season-long loan at Nottingham Forest which was confirmed last month.

However, this began very poorly in the first half of Forest's clash at home to West Brom this evening. Forest may have taken the lead inside nine minutes thanks to a strike from Matty Cash but two quickfire goals gave the visitors a 2-1 advantage before the break.

Kyle Edwards hit a low shot which went underneath Muric, something which the keeper certainly should have stopped.

If that wasn't enough embarrassment, just eleven minutes later a cross from West Brom's Matt Phillips luckily looked more like a shot on goal and ended up lobbing Muric, with the Kosovo national team keeper made to appear foolish again.

It led to reaction aplenty from City and Forest fans, as well as other football supporters watching the contest on Sky Sports.
