- Also among the items are Nicol's 1984 European Cup winner's medal, valued at £8,000-£16,000, and his 1989 FWA Footballer of the Year award, estimated at £2,000-£4,000.
- Other notable items include shirts worn during the 1988 Scotland v England Rous Cup game and the 1989 Liverpool v Everton FA Cup final.
- The auction, featuring over 50 lots, will run from 21 April to 14 May, with Nicol expressing hope that the items will be appreciated by fans and collectors.
