Football fans continued to roast Trent Richardson during his AAF debut

Former Alabama running back Trent Richardson hadn’t appeared in an NFL regular season game since 2014, but he is giving his failed pro football career another try in the up-start Alliance of American Football with the Birmingham Iron.

The five-year wait didn’t stop Twitter from making jokes at Richardson’s expense. Richardson averaged just over three yards per carry in his NFL career. Early on, it was more of the same from the ex-Crimson Tide star.
