Here's Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford as you've never seen them before - well, not for a few decades, anyway.
Loose Women viewers were treated to these astonishing blasts from the past on Wednesday (September30), as clips of both Eamonn and Ruth resurfaced.
As the couple discussed the aging process on the ITV show, they were stunned to be confronted with clips from their very first TV stints.

In Eamonn's clip, he was just 19 years old, presenting news updates.
Ruth meanwhile was left red-faced over a clip from her days as a continuity announcer, thought to be from the early 1980s, reports the Mirror.
To be honest, they've both changed a fair bit, and Ruth seemed to prefer Eamonn with his lustrous dark hair and proper Northern Irish accent.
"You're gorgeous, I love it," she said.
As for Ruth, she was sporting a dated blonde perm, with a clipped, cut-glass 'Queen's English' accent.
Ruth was in hysterics over her own throwback, stunned that the producers managed to find it.
She proceeded to read the rest of her auto cue in the same voice in homage to her younger days.
